“Love is the provenance of Gods.”

Elliot is a painter seeking love and purpose in Los Angeles, a city offering little of either. Discontent, heartbroken and lost, he walks up a mountain outside of town, and at the summit when the day breaks his life changes forever.

When he meets a woman in a forgotten valley outside of the city, Elliot is set on a year-long journey into both her heart and his, while capturing all he feels on the canvases with oils.

Along the way, he’s guided by a figure from Greek myth, and he will come to understand why a simple romance between two souls in Southern California is worth the attention of the Gods.
